Spartan Warranty Recall Notice # 10V-052
 
Spartan Motors has issued a Recall Notice for certain Raised Roof Models of their Cabs.
 
The Recall regards the Seat Belt Mounting Hardware for the Center Forward Facing Jump Seats, which are attached to the Rear Wall of the Cab.
 
Spartan Motors has mailed Warranty Recall Cards to Customers whose Vehicles are involved in the Recall, but acknowledges that there are Customers who have not registered their Vehicles with Spartan, when the Vehicle was delivered by the Fire Apparatus Manufacturer.
 
Emergency Products Incorporated (with Maryland Emergency Products) is a Spartan Authorized Warranty Service Center, and would be happy to assist the Customers with the correction of this issue.
 
Customers can contact the Service Department at 800-761-3473, to schedule the work to be performed.
 
If a Customer has a Vehicle, and is not sure if this recall applies to their Vehicle, they can contact Spartan Motors at 800-543-5008 (Option # 5) and the Technician will check.
 
When Identifying the Vehicle with Emergency Products or Spartan Motors, the Customer will be required to provide the last 5 Digits of the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), and the current Mileage of the Vehicle.
